Due to the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, all orders placed will only be processed once operations resume towards the end of June.

We thank you for your patience.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes, we offer a 14 day return or exchange policy with no questions asked as long as the product is not damaged. If you are not happy, neither are we.

Do you entertain corporate or wholesale enquires?

Absolutely, and we even provide customised design services based on your needs.  Please email us (hello@tachigoods.com) for further details.

Wear and tear, is my product damaged?

Our products are made to retain their natural characteristics as much as possible.  The brass will start to build a patina because of oxidation and the leather will have natural scuff and hide marks that are inherent to the animal.  This is not a mistake or a flaw of any kind.

Can you customise a product?

We do not have the in-house capabilities to offer this service to individual orders at the moment.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Not at the moment, unfortunately.
